Branch chipping in and around Den Bosch

After a big pruning job or a tree removal your garden is full of branches. Only a small part fits in the green bin, and taking it away yourself means a trailer and several trips. I take that work off your hands: with my wood chipper I turn the pruning wood into chips on the spot.

Chipping goes with my other jobs. When I remove a tree, I haul the trunk and branches away or chip them on the spot. With hedge trimming the clippings are handled the same way. With garden maintenance the green waste does not get left behind either.

What should you look out for?

• Agree in advance what happens to the wood: chipped on the spot or hauled away. Send a photo of the job and I will tell you what works best.
• If a tree has to go, check the permit first. In ’s-Hertogenbosch it depends on the tree and the spot whether you need a felling permit. The same applies in Rosmalen, which falls under the same municipality.

Why have it done?

You do not have to hire a chipper or take anything away. The chipping happens in the same job as the pruning or felling, so when I leave there is no pile of branches left.

What does branch chipping cost?

That depends mainly on how much wood there is, how thick the branches are and how easy the spot is to reach with the chipper. With tree work, hauling away or chipping is standard for me; the amount of wood does count. What sets the price for tree work is explained in what tree removal costs.
